The team at Goesepitte43

Jan Supply

The restaurant Goesepitte43 is where chef Jan Supply first realised his dream of an entirely unique restaurant concept. However, it is not the first time he has donned the chef's hat. He previously rolled up the sleeves of his chef's uniform in the following establishments:

  • Hotelschool Ter Duinen (Koksijde)
  • Various foreign apprenticeships, including these two-star restaurants:
La Bastide de Saint-Antoine (Grasse, France)
    Restaurant Girasol (Moraira, Spain)
  • Restaurant ‘t Molentje (Zeebrugge)
    commis / sous-chef
  • Salons De Waerboom- Waerboomhof (Groot-Bijgaarden)
    chef
  • Deauville (Kluisbergen)
achieved a Gault Millau score 15/20
  • De Refter (Bruges)
under the supervision of Geert Van Hecke

Yentl Versyp

Dining-room service is in the hands of the ever-enthusiastic Yentl Versyp, who is far from inexperienced. He previously spent five years working in De Karmeliet under Geert Van Hecke, before being asked to join him in his restaurant, Zet’joe. He now welcomes you with a smile to Goesepitte43!
